My "Dear" Boss is an arcade launch/distance game where you can strap on your ass kicking boots and let 'em rip on that your superior's plump posterior. Launch that fat sack of over-inflated ego straight to the curb, then to the ICU and finally, where he deserves, the morgue. Along the way bouncing off of cars, patio table umbrellas, disgruntled construction workers, birds, a particularly large, surely steroid-enhanced pit bull and, most especially, large piles of sh*t.

Mystery Case Files: 13th Skull is a genre leading addition to an already heralded series that pushes the boundary of the Hidden Object Game genre. This time we find our stall worth detective arriving at the doorstep of a curiously unique and historic mansion in the depths of the Louisiana bayou assisting in the search for a missing husband following his peculiar abduction witnessed by his young daughter that quickly leads to a world of pirates, hidden treasure maps, curious contraptions, voodoo and several, shall we say “unique,” personalities.

Bloons 2 is the latest release in the Bloons arcade puzzle game series and introduces a level map, new bloons, blocks and aerial support circa 1909 in 96 of the most challengingly arduous, gruelingly frustrating levels you’ve ever been uncontrollably twitching in excitement to play. These levels require a depth of precision and timing not yet seen in any of the previous 450 levels of bloon smashing, dart chucking action. There is good reason the tag line for Bloons 2 is “a worthy sequel.” That it is, my friends, that it is.

This fast-paced, colorful, and, despite the needy, whiney overstuffed cockatoo, extremely humorous tropical match game is fun, challenging and difficult to put down. Match & Smash tropical fruit to fill Polly’s sippy cup before Polly downs it faster than a freshman at Orientation. Each game’s score gets added to the previous total in an effort to reach PowerUp levels providing cheats to subdue this particularly parched avian pest.

This agrarian match game starts off with the simple growing and picking of various produce for harvest, but quickly takes off challenging field shapes and challenging obstacles like vicious plot-devouring bugs and random, localized waterfalls. Thoughful bonus butterflies, beneficially greedy farmhands and a store that supplies incredibly useful upgrades ease the path through the ever increasing challenges. Little Farm meets everything we’re looking for when searching for high quality, fun casual games.

A strategy card game, reminiscent of the late 90s nerd hit role playing card game Magic: The Gathering, where castles face off against each other for total inhalation (destroying the enemy castle) or complete domination (building a castle so formidable, your enemy cowers in fear) by playing cards in turn-based gameplay from a customizable deck loaded with various attacks, defenses, magical feats or subversive mischief making and including seven unlockable cards as wells as three difficulty levels and multiplayer gameplay.

The simplest solution is always the best; or so they say. While some may find that difficult to swallow, it provides an awesome model for a unique style of puzzle games in Windosill; an animated oddity of a puzzle game where clicking, pushing and pulling turn out to be in your advantage for a change!

This well polished, entertaining sequel picks up in 1981, after Jess, the recently reunited youngest daughter of the mysterious, time-travelling Flux family, is stranded in the past, endeavoring to set straight the historical anomalies that left here there in order to return home to the present. With picturesque artwork and enjoyable gameplay, this adventure hidden object game continues its predecessor’s momentum and raises the bar for hidden object games by weaving an engaging storyline mixed with genuinely fun puzzles and mini-games.
