Picma is a traditional picross puzzle game with a fantasy-themed twist that combines sudoku and paint-by-number where blocks in a grid are filled by row and column in accordance with the corresponding clues indicating colors, length of blocks and breaks in the pattern. If done correctly, a pixelated picture should emerge (“should” emerge) with 60 timed levels ranging from 5x5 to 50x50 grids and including a Supervisor mode that penalizes for mistakes. Initially benign, frustration and hurled objects can be expected on higher levels. (Them penalties be harsh!)

Mystery Case Files: 13th Skull is a genre leading addition to an already heralded series that pushes the boundary of the Hidden Object Game genre. This time we find our stall worth detective arriving at the doorstep of a curiously unique and historic mansion in the depths of the Louisiana bayou assisting in the search for a missing husband following his peculiar abduction witnessed by his young daughter that quickly leads to a world of pirates, hidden treasure maps, curious contraptions, voodoo and several, shall we say “unique,” personalities.

Bloons 2 is the latest release in the Bloons arcade puzzle game series and introduces a level map, new bloons, blocks and aerial support circa 1909 in 96 of the most challengingly arduous, gruelingly frustrating levels you’ve ever been uncontrollably twitching in excitement to play. These levels require a depth of precision and timing not yet seen in any of the previous 450 levels of bloon smashing, dart chucking action. There is good reason the tag line for Bloons 2 is “a worthy sequel.” That it is, my friends, that it is.

Bloons Player Pack 5 includes yet another 50 player-created levels of bloon popping, dart hucking action to extend the Bloons online arcade puzzle game to 400 levels. This time in a Christmas theme, levels including exploding Rudolph the Reindeer’s nose, demolishing your way through the Grinch’s face, several snowmen, and a rather tricky Monkey Santa. This collection of player-submitted levels even includes several levels design by uber nerd Bill Gates, himself (username: Billgates). Who knew!
